A party is generally a group of people (or friends) who are playing together. A leader may create one and invite other players to join the party. With that party, he may join a minigame and cause all his members to join the minigame as well. This causes their experience to be way more convenient. This feature surely also exists with MBedwars. For that, you simply have to install one of these plugins:
The general set-up is pretty easy. If your server is not a work and only persits of a standalone server, then you are done after you have installed a supported party plugin. The MBedwars plugin is doing the rest automatically for you. If your server is a proxy (BungeeCord) network, then you should read the following as well:
In this case, you'll have to set the plugin up in the either following ways. It is recommended to use the ProxySync add-on.
In case you are running Parties:
database-storage-type
(found in the config.yml file of Parties on Spigot+Bungee) should be a remote variant, e.g. either mariadb, mysql or postgresqlbungeecord.enable
(found in the config.yml file of Parties on Spigot) should be set to true and server-name

Open the config.yml file of Party and Friends, the one that is located within the BungeeCord server, and make sure that the following config is set to false: General.DisableAutomaticPartyServerSwitching
You might be using the parties for other use cases, in which you don't want to make the members of a party automatically follow an arena. In this case, set the config parties-member-follow-enabled
to false in config.yml
